Losing Weight Rapidly

Wanting a slimmer and sexier body is no lofty ambition. Many people have succeeded in sculpting their physiques to make them look healthy and desirable. However, this end is not attained in just a snap or skipping one night’s dinner. For some people though, patience is not a virtue. They seem not to be able to afford so much attention, time and money to get the body they have always wanted. As a result, these people result to rapid weight loss practices and programs which may not be as effective as these people are led to believe they are.

Fast-track diets are one of these rapid weight loss practices which may not be very inviting as they seem according to research. Fast-track diet programs, as scientific research shows, are only good while they last. Rapid weight loss often results ironically, to rapid weight gain. people who undergo low carbohydrate or low calorie diets normally revert back to old eating habits simply because human beings can not actually live on with this type of diet scheme for the rest of their lives.

Now there is also scientific research showing that rapid weight loss does not imply an individual is losing unwanted excess fat; it is commonly water that is lost with following rapid weight loss practices. This could cause certain alarm but actually, water lost is regained very quickly. So there is actually zero net weight lost after all. So one should not be foolish enough to be so gullible with the advertising of certain diet pills out there in the market; especially those which claim to aid lose a whopping amount of fat in a short time. They will only dehydrate the body. And just so it is clear, the body can only lose two pounds of fat per week, one could be exceptionally lucky if he can lose three, but normally, it’s just two.

Another rapid weight loss product out in the market is the slimming soap. Claiming that these soaps are made from a unique concoction of rare chinese herbs and seaweed, they assert to help people using them to shed off body fats by emulsifying them upon application while taking a bath. Some are even specialized like those which promise to give the user “beautiful thighs”. The ingredients may prove to improve the quality of the skin but no research has ever come up yet which aids to prove the efficacy of these ingredients in emulsifying excess body fats.

One more rapid weight loss product out there in the market promises to suppress hunger and at the same time help increase the body’s metabolic rate. It also claims to be able to accelerate the healing process and reduce certain body pains, all these plus its being a very chic fashion accent. Well they are actually called magnetic weight loss earrings.

The secret of this set of earrings is in the magnet, so it says. Wearing them near the ears balances the magnetism in the body therefore one will experience all the above mentioned effects. Though press releases say that there are actually “studies” to back these assertions up, nothing yet is found in medical journals. Though buying a set may not kill a person, it’s probably not a wise investment. One might as well wear a horse shoe earring for a more exquisite fashion statement.

Bottom line is “no pain, no gain”. If one wants a beautiful body, one must sweat it out. And as for those rapid weight loss products coming out on the market, if they are too good to be true, they probably are not.

Elderly Fitness Guide – How To Stay Trim And Fit

When one ages, it can be harder to maintain our fitness level. For some, they might notice that a few extra pounds have been piling up and it is harder to shed the weight now as compared to the past. It is vital to pay more attention to our health as we grow older.

It is well-known around the globe, today, that our metabolisms begin to slow to a biological crawl as we get older. Except for the hopes of some sort of miracle, or some extreme technological breakthrough, this is the facts, and we have no choice but to live and accept it as it is.

Medical science, for some time now, has been doing exactly that; trying to find a “cure,” if you will, to the unstoppable process of aging. Studies have, in the last twenty years, hinted as to what causes aging. With continual research, more information can be found and can be used to try to turn back the clock or delay the aging process.

There’s no telling as to when such a breakthrough is going to happen, so until then, it seems that the most sensible thing for a person to do is to use the methods we have in order to stay healthy. It should be of no shock to anyone to know that the two main factors to achieving this goal is proper exercise and a sensible diet.

It is advisable to find a workout routine that suits the individual’s age and health status. It is common and normal to feel some form of discomfort for a few days after an individual starts to exercise, but the discomfort will taper off. Extreme pain is a sign that a person is overexerting themselves, which will not help in the long-run. Find a happy medium.

To have a good physique, you must watch what you eat as well. It is difficult to have a healthy body when one is still chowing down on fatty food?

Some people, after reaching a certain age, have a tendency of eating foods that they would’ve normally have shunned in their earlier years. This sort of treat can be a bonus of sorts after a long time of being strict with oneself. The one thing that goes over-looked by so many, though, is that this can prove very negative in these latter years as our metabolisms slow.

A rule of thumb would be that moderation matters. It is perfectly to grab a snack occasionally and it can be good for your health and mindset. Unsaturated fat is needed to balance hormonal levels and sugars are needed for energy, so they are crucial to our diets.

Eating healthily is only one of the the important aspects; it is important to exercise as well to be really healthy. Even something as simple as walking is suggested to strengthen our cardiovascular systems. This easy activity maintains strength in our joints and keeps it lubricated and makes our muscles strong.

Professionals have proven that those in the 60 or more age group with little to no exercise have only a 60% aerobic capacity of those in the 30 year old age group. Over a period of a decade, it is possible to lose seven pounds of muscle if you do not eat right and exercise. Studies have also proven, though, that this does not have to be the case, as long as we learn how to take better care of ourselves.

Certain medical facilities have examined the effects of runners for the span of twenty-five years, and have shown that the results proved that these runners lost very little capacity over the past twenty years. Even those that engaged in resistance training maintained over a ten year span. This is in accordance with a very popular saying that goes, “Either use it, or lose it.”

For people that really haven’t changed their lifestyles, whether by diet or by exercise, have a better chance of reversing the effects of aging. It is recommended that one starts off slow and take the time build one’s fitness level until he is comfortable with a fitness program. For those who do too much at once and strain themselves, they will worse and it will deter them from continuing before they even see results. Even to become a jogger, one should start as a power-walker. Do not be shy of approaching professionals for advice.

Setting Realistic Fitness Goals For Success

How many times have you tried to “lose weight” or “get in shape”? You find a picture in a magazine or have an image in your head of what you should or want to look like, and you hit the weights or treadmill in hopes of achieving the knock-out body. As we all know, this is usually a losing battle and after a few months, you get discouraged and less motivated and end up slipping away from your exercise regimen.

The problem with this cycle of going from really wanting to get into shape and being consistent with an exercise program to losing motivation and being less active is that you have missed the big picture of why you should exercise in the first place, and the “yo-yoing” has probably led to a few extra pounds. Of course, the physical appearance benefits of exercise are very important to most all people, and these benefits should not be ignored. However, we must remember that the most important reason for maintaining an active lifestyle is to achieve and maintain optimal physical and mental health. Exercising on a regular basis is related to decreases in numerous health conditions, including heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, depression, and anxiety. With that said and known, it is crucially important that we create exercise programs that we will stick will and succeed at for the long-term.

Therefore, your overall general goal should always be to maintain a consistent program of regular physical activity. With this said, the fact of the matter is that as a society, we are still losing motivation at the gym and end up quitting our regular programs. So what’s the problem? One of the biggest mistakes we make when starting a fitness program is that we set unrealistic goals. In every magazine we open and on every television station, we are inundated by images of beautiful people with “perfect” bodies. We think we should or can achieve this same type of physique and set this as our goal. Maybe you even go so far as to cut out a picture and hang it on your fridge to remind you what you are working toward. Like most people, you probably continually compare your body to those of your friends, coworkers, etc…

So here’s the problem: all of us were born with a unique body type, size, and shape and 99% of will never look like these magazine shots and when we try to, we are setting ourselves up for failure. All this type of goal setting does is lead you to not sticking with your regular exercise. It is time to get realistic and to focus on you! If you want to make a change in your behavior and in your body and health, you have to learn to set yourself up for success. That means you have to throw out the misconceptions of what you want your body to look like and get real about changing your body and most importantly your health. Don’t worry about what your neighbor or best friend is doing or looks like, instead turn your attention to the one person who matters most: YOU! Realistically, what is your ideal body?

What is your capability to commit to an exercise program? How much time do you have? What types of things do you enjoy doing? When you start focusing on your own needs and identify things that you want, you will be able to put together a program that will lead to success. The first thing you need to do is set some new fitness and health goals. Start with the ones you have (i.e., losing a certain number of pounds) and make them relevant and realistic to your life and body. Keep in mind that your weight loss goals should not exceed two pounds per week. Your goals must be clear and focused ideas of what you want to achieve, and having effective goals is truly the first step in developing a solid mindset for success. This means that you shouldn’t just say “I want to get in shape”.

This type of goal is too vague and there is no way to measure your progress and success. Start an exercise/health journal and use this as a place to write, track, and modify your goals. Writing down your goals and keeping a fitness journal will decrease the ambiguity in your daily regimen and will help keep you focused on your activities. This is extremely important because when we feel uncertain about why we are doing something or if we can accomplish something, we wind up feeling anxious, stressed, and lost. This is what leads us to withdrawal from the activity. Your exercise goals must be short and long term. It is a common mistake to say “I want to lose 30 pounds this year.” This seems like, and is, such a big goal that we lose focus and get discouraged along the way. We do, however, need those long term goals, but if you want to succeed, you have to set short term goals to keep you on task. These should be as short term as daily and weekly goals, and should focus on the activity itself, not on the outcome. In other words, what do you need to do each day to maintain your program? At the start of each week, take a few minutes to plan out your activity for the coming days.

Remember, you don’t have to do the same thing everyday and you don’t have to kill yourself trying to get fit. In general, you should be shooting for at least 30 minutes of exercise on most if not all days of the week. On some days, this might mean going to the gym and lifting weights, on other days it may mean a hike on the mountain, and on other days it may only mean taking the stairs and work and parking in the back of parking lots. By focusing on the activity itself and not the outcome, we end up enjoying what we are doing and achieving results at the same time. This leads to better adherence, more satisfaction with our involvement, and a true sense of accomplishment. Of course, our physique and health get the best end of the deal! The bottom line is that your success is in your own hands. Stopping trying to attain an unrealistic body shape and just focus on one workout at a time…before you know it, you will like the body you see in the mirror!

Desire Motivation Developing Commitment Setting Short and Long Term Goals Taking Action

Desire – Understanding and identifying desire is important before you begin training over 40. A fitness training program is a very approachable endeavor and you are to be commended for considering one. But understand one thing: everything we do is the direct result of desire, the desire to avoid some kind of pain or embrace some kind of pleasure. Identifying the painful and/or pleasurable reasons for considering fitness over 40 and aligning yourself correctly will put the power of desire to work for you. Maybe your desire for training over 40 means looking better physically (pleasure) and feeling less self-conscious (pain). That’s a realistic assessment and one a lot of people have in common. Clarifying the desire up front will help you later in developing commitment.

Motivation – Having the desire to begin training over 40 is one thing, having the motivation to begin is quite another. I might feel good when I think about having a better looking physique (pleasure). I certainly might feel bad when I feel self-conscious about my physique (pain), but am I willing to do something about it? Am I willing to change the way I feel now by changing the way things will be? If I can see the new me and have the desire to bring it into reality even if I have to confront some pain I am establishing the why or the motive for doing it. My desire is the what, my motivation is the why. Why do you want to pursue a better level of fitness over 40? The answer is important for you to establish before you begin.

Developing Commitment – The process of developing commitment is where desire and motivation come together in a powerful combination like a one-two punch on the button. Armed with desire and motivation you can bring their power to bear in developing commitment. You will know you have developed commitment when you feel the drive, persistence and determination to bring your dream into reality. It might be to run a 10k race or produce a better physique, who knows? Whatever your dream is if it is lasting and worth pursuing it will require a commitment on your part. At some point during the process your commitment will be tested and its power will either fade or propel you closer toward achieving your goals.

Setting Long and Short Term Goals – Many people pursuing a higher level of fitness over 40 have found that you can’t accomplish everything at once and certainly not overnight. Some results will come almost immediately but others may take several years to accomplish. It all depends on what your personal training goals are. The simple goals can be established just by writing them down in order of priority and achievability. The easy ones come first then they get more difficult as you go down the list. Make out that list tonight. Some goals you might not be able to set by yourself, in that case consult with a fitness trainer, one that specializes in fitness over 40 and get the help you need. A consultation with your physician to let them know what actions you are taking might not be a bad idea either.

Taking Action – All the steps we have taken up to now have been building blocks for accomplishing one thing; your desire. A sincere desire requires motivation; a reason why you are going to do it. An authentic commitment to see it through will give you the determination to reach the finish line. The short and long term goals you set are the roadmap to that the finish line. Now comes the time to take action by putting one foot in front of the other and begin your journey towards a better level of fitness over 40.

The Stress Triangle

As an individual functioning in the world, you can have only three kinds of
problems: problems with yourself, problems with your relation to objects, and
problems with your relation to other people. Problems with yourself may loosely
be described as problems with your health; problems with your relation to
objects may loosely be described as problems with your wealth; and problems
with your relation to other people may loosely be described as problems with
your relationships.

Health, wealth, and relationships — the big three. These three spheres of your
life form a triangle in which stress can develop at any time. Mastery of your
three spheres results in a substantial decrease in the stress you experience on
a daily basis.

Ideally, you should always be working on some area of improvement in each of
your three spheres. Humans, by nature, are most happy when they are growing,
not when they are stagnant. As long as you feel that you are growing in each of
your three spheres, happiness is always yours for the taking.

Balance is the key here. If you focus too much on one sphere to the detriment
of the other two spheres, you will most probably invite stressors in those two
spheres of your life. There are plenty of instances from everyday life that
attest to this fact: the workaholic who has no time for his family and loved
ones and who develops ulcers and other health conditions through neglect of his
physical health; the fitness fanatic who is so fixated on running the extra
mile or lifting the extra kilogram or admiring his physique in the mirror that
his relationships go down the toilet and who just scrapes by on his income; and
the romantic husband who is not making enough money to deal with the many
factors involved in owning a home or raising kids and who dies at an early age
from heart disease. Although these are all extreme examples, the point is that
you need to strive for balanced progress in the three facets of your life.

You can never eliminate stressors entirely from your life, but by mastering
your stress triangle, you can dramatically reduce both the frequency and the
severity of stressors.

Health is holistic health: the health of your body, mind, emotions, and, if you
are spiritually inclined, your spirit. Again, balance is the key, since you are
unlikely going to find much happiness in life if your body is fighting fit,
your mind is sharp, but you have the emotional maturity of a three-year-old
kid and throw temper tantrums by the hour. Nor would it be wise to focus on the
development of your spirit at the expense of your body, as many ascetics are
wont to do. There is no need to dwell on the specifics of health, for the way
to healthy living is now a matter of common sense.

Wealth is all about financial security, having enough money to satisfy your
needs and wants and then some. You should try to gain a basic understanding of
economics, finance, and the markets. There are many good guides out there for
starting out on the path to financial freedom. Beware of get-rich-quick
schemes. On the other hand, do not be too quick to dismiss opportunities that
may seem to go against the grain of conventional practice. Thinking like the
herd will keep you in the herd. If you are currently doing underpaid grunt
work, make it a goal to become self-employed and independent, the captain of
your own ship. Consider taking part-time or evening courses to gain additional
qualifications in whatever fields interest you. Never settle for less than you
feel you deserve. Do not make the mistake of thinking that you and your current
job are welded together like inseparable Siamese twins.

Relationships require constant nurturing. Love dies and fights occur when the
initial sparks have died as a result of gross neglect. Always be on the lookout
for new adventures that you and your partner can participate in together. Do
not take your friends for granted. Be open to meeting new people at all times.
Work on your communication skills, your listening skills, and your overall
people skills. Take a look along the psychology aisle at your local bookstore
for books about developing interpersonal skills. Learn to express yourself.

What we have termed the stress triangle can be termed the life triangle. What
is the state of your triangle?

Physical Fitness

Physical fitness is a necessary requisite for leading a healthy and an active life. It not only improves the strength and endurance of the body but also the lifestyle of a person. Physical fitness is difficult to maintain, especially amid the stress and strain of contemporary lifestyles, with little scope for exercise and recreation.

The vital components of physical fitness are cardiovascular strength and endurance, respiratory efficiency, muscular strength and flexibility. In addition, a number of other factors such as environmental, chronological and physiological age and genetics influence physical fitness. The physical fitness methods adopted by one person should not be the same as for another, since the physique and health condition are usually not the same. Though physical activity or exercise acts as a catalyst to achieve physical fitness, a well-balanced diet also aids this process. A regular and systematic workout and a planned meal is a recommended way to maintain physical fitness. Small physical activities that suit an individual’s physical condition are more effective than heavy exercises.

Being physically fit will reduce various health-related problems such as obesity, hypertension and cardio-vascular problems. Apart from developing strong muscular mass, physical fitness induces wellness and emotional stability. In addition, a better performance of heart, lungs and other body organs is assured. Physical fitness can be achieved through yoga sessions, aerobic classes and muscular fitness exercises.

Today, more and more people are concerned about the importance of physical fitness in their lives. The urge to lead a physically fit life has boosted the development of multi-gyms and health clubs in every corner of the world. Physical fitness training classes are included from school days onwards. Further, required physical fitness tips and tricks can be obtained through libraries, publications and the internet.

The Low Body Fat Secret Of Bodybuilders And Fitness Models

The secret to getting super lean – I’m talking about being RIPPED, not just “average body fat” – is all about mastering the art of “peaking.” Most people do not have a clue about what it takes to reach the type of low body fat levels that reveal to see ripped six-pack abs, muscle striations, vascularity and extreme muscular definition, so they go about it completely the wrong way.

Here’s a case in point: One of my newsletter subscribers recently sent me this question:

“Tom, on your Burn The Fat website, you wrote:

‘Who better to model than bodybuilders and fitness competitors? No athletes in the world get as lean as quickly as bodybuilders and fitness competitors. The transformations they undergo in 12 weeks prior to competition would boggle your mind! Only ultra-endurance athletes come close in terms of low body fat levels, but endurance athletes like triathaletes and marathoners often get lean at the expense of chewing up all their muscle. Some of them are nothing but skin and bone.’

“Tom, there seems to be a contradiction unless I’m missing something. Why do bodybuilders and fitness competitors have to go through a 12 week ‘transformation’ prior to every event instead of staying ‘lean and mean’ all the time? If they practice the secrets exposed in your book, they should be staying in shape all the time instead of having to work at losing fat prior to every competitive event, correct??”

There is a logical explanation for why bodybuilders and other physique athletes (fitness and figure competitors), don’t remain completely ripped all year round, and it’s the very reason they are able to get so ripped on the day of a contest…

You can’t hold a peak forever or it’s not a “peak”, right? What is the definition of a peak? It’s a high point surrounded by two lower points isn’t it?

Therefore, any shape you can stay in all year round is NOT your “peak” condition.

The intelligent approach to nutrition and training (which almost all bodybuilders and fitness/figure competitors use), is to train and diet in a seasonal or cyclical fashion and build up to a peak, then ease off to a maintenance or growth phase.

I am NOT talking about bulking up and getting fat and out of shape every year, then dieting it all off every year. What I’m talking about is going from good shape to great (peak) shape, then easing back off to good shape…. but never getting “out of shape.” Makes a lot of sense, doesn’t it? Here’s an example: I have no intentions whatsoever of walking around 365 days a year at 4% body fat like I appear in the photo on my website. Off-season, when I’m not competing, my body fat is usually between 8 – 10%. Mind you, that’s very lean and still single digit body fat.

I don’t stray too far from competition shape, but I don’t maintain contest shape all the time. It takes me 12-14 weeks or so to gradually drop from 9.5% to 3.5%-4.0% body fat to “peak” for competition with NO loss of lean body mass…using the same techniques I reveal in my e-book. It would be almost impossible to maintain 4% body fat, and even if I could, why would I want to? For the few weeks prior to competition I’m so depleted, ripped, and even “drawn” in the face, that complete strangers walk up and offer to feed me.

Okay, so I’m just kidding about that, but let’s just say being “being ripped to shreds” isn’t a desirable condition to maintain because it takes such a monumental effort to stay there. It’s probably not even healthy to try forcing yourself to hold extreme low body fat. Unless you’re a natural “ectomorph” (skinny, fast metabolism body type), your body will fight you. Not only that, anabolic hormones may drop and sometimes your immune system is affected as well. It’s just not “normal” to walk around all the time with literally no subcutaneous body fat.

Instead of attempting to hold the peak, I cycle back into a less demanding off-season program and avoid creeping beyond 9.9% body fat. Some years I’ve stayed leaner – like 6-7%, (which takes effort), especially when I knew I would be photographed, but I don’t let my body fat go over 10%. This practice isn’t just restricted to bodybuilders. Athletes in all sports use periodization to build themselves up to their best shape for competition. Is a pro football player in the same condition in March-April as he is in August-September? Not a chance. Many show up fat and out of shape (relatively speaking) for training camp, others just need fine tuning, but none are in peak form… that’s why they have training camp!!!

There’s another reason you wouldn’t want to maintain a “ripped to shreds” physique all year round – you’d have to be dieting (calorie restricted) all the time. And this is one of the reasons that 95% of people can’t lose weight and keep it off –they are CHRONIC dieters… always on some type of diet. Know anyone like that?

You can’t stay on restricted low calories indefinitely. Sooner or later your metabolism slows down and you plateau as your body adapts to the chronically lowered food intake. But if you diet for fat loss and push incredibly hard for 3 months, then ease off for a while and eat a little more (healthy food, not “pigging out”), your metabolic rate is re-stimulated. In a few weeks or months, you can return to another fat loss phase and reach an even lower body fat level, until you finally reach the point that’s your happy maintenance level for life – a level that is healthy and realistic – as well as visually appealing.

Bodybuilders have discovered a methodology for losing fat that’s so effective, it puts them in complete control of their body composition. They’ve mastered this area of their lives and will never have to worry about it again. If they ever “slip” and fall off the wagon like all humans do at times … no problem! They know how to get back into shape fast.

Bodybuilders have the tools and knowledge to hold a low body fat all year round (such as 9% for men, or about 15% for women), and then at a whim, to reach a temporary “peak” of extremely low body fat for the purpose of competition. Maybe most important of all, they have the power and control to slowly ease back from peak shape into maintenance, and not balloon up and yo-yo like most conventional dieters!

What if you had the power to stay lean all year round, and then get super lean when summer rolled around, or when you took your vacation to the Caribbean, or when your wedding date was coming up? Wouldn’t you like to be in control of your body like that? Isn’t that the same thing that bodybuilders and fitness/figure competitors do, only on a more practical, real-world level?

So even if you have no competitive aspirations, don’t you agree that there’s something of value everyone could learn from physique athletes? Don’t model yourself after the huge crowd of losers who gobble diet pills, blow their money on exercise gimmicks and suffer through starvation diets like automatons, only to gain back everything they lost! Instead, learn from the leanest athletes on Earth – natural bodybuilders and fitness competitors…

These physique athletes get as ripped as they want to be, exactly when they want to, simply by manipulating their diets in a cyclical fashion between pre-contest “cutting” programs and off season “maintenance” or “muscle growth” programs. Even if you have no desire to ever compete, try this seasonal “peaking” approach yourself and you’ll see that it can work as well for you as it does for elite bodybuilders.

3 “Must Know” Steps For Fitness, Fat Loss and Muscular Physique

I don’t know the real statistic, but I would be willing to bet the overwhelming majority of men and women are disappointed with the way they look, feel and perform. Some attempt to correct this with diets, exercise or other methods. Here are the 3 steps you must know to get fast and lasting fitness, fat loss and muscle building results.

Get Control Of Your Diet

When I say “diet”, I am not talking about a restricted calorie diet designed for fat loss. I mean diet as in what you eat.

The fact is, many people are overeating, so reducing the quantity of calories is necessary. But I want you to pay attention to what you eat.

Focus on lean meats, fish, chicken, vegetables and fruits and you’ll find it is hard to eat too many calories. Calorie bombs usually come from processed foods, sweets and high calorie drinks. Avoid them.

Take a good look at what you eat and eliminate unnatural foods from your body, and I’m sure you’ll be amazed at the way you feel, perform and look.

Do The Right Exercise Program For Your Goals

Most exercise programs are designed to either lose fat of build muscle. The truth is, to end up looking the way you want, you probably need to do both.

In my experience, fat loss brings about the biggest changes in your body composition. So use an exercise program that focuses on fat loss, but without sabotaging your muscle building efforts. This means no long-slow cardio routines for fat loss.

Look for a fat loss workout that combines resistance training with high intensity cardio for the fastest and best results.

Coordinate Your Lifestyle With Your Diet And Exercise Program

Now that you are paying attention to your diet and exercise, don’t sabotage your efforts with an unhealthy lifestyle. And keeping your lifestyle in check is easy once you have your diet and workout figured out.

All you need to do is remove activities that hinder your diet, workout and recovery efforts. If if is going to hurt your diet, don’t do it. If the activity is going keep your from working out, hurt your performance during the workout or hinder recovery from the workout… don’t do it.

Getting real fitness, fat loss and physique building results for your efforts is a 3 step process. You need to align your diet, workout and lifestyle with your goals. Then don’t stop until you reach them.

My advice: Look for a fat loss workout and diet plan that fits your goals, dedicate yourself to it and coordinate your lifestyle to meeting your goals. Take a shortcut, and use fat loss workouts from fitness professionals already getting great results, and get busy.

Coach Eddie Lomax knows your fat loss workout needs to have a combination of resistance training and high intensity exercise to be effective. He uses this criteria to rate the best fat loss workouts of trusted trainers on: www.bestfatlossworkout.com.
